Seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth by maintaining and growing relationships between internal teams. This role serves as a lead and is responsible for retail satisfaction, ensuring experience matches or exceeds expectations. This position is expected to oversee the creative and merchant relationships and make certain all teams are consistently receiving best in class service, representing the needs and goals within the organization.
About the Role : T he Account Manager acts as the subject matter expert between business teams and the internal production teams. The Account Manager is involved in any pre-production meetings to ensure proper understanding of the scope of the project and also schedule a recap of the project for feedback. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the communications and productivity of projects between business and creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between business teams and creative teams, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, setting clear expectations and providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring schedules are met and quality standards are exceeded.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors to review and approve major deliverables such as style guides, marketing imagery, and briefs.
- Coordinate onboarding, workflows, and process improvements to deliver a premium experience across projects.
- Anticipate business needs, monitor seasonal priorities, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring both business and creative goals are achieved.
Qualifications
Proven ability to build and grow strong internal and external relationships.Forward-thinking mindset with a track record of driving innovative solutions.2+ years of experience managing business relationships valued at $1M+.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with excellent client service experience.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing long-term creative strategies.High energy, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments.Skilled at educating teams on best practices and production workflows.Willingness to travel as needed to support teams and clients across locations.
