Byron Outdoor Superstore , Middle Georgias premier Powersports, Tractor, RV, and Marine dealership , is seeking an experienced Outdoor Parts & Inventory Manager to lead our growing Parts Department and oversee inventory operations across multiple product lines including ATV, UTV, motorcycle, marine, tractor, and outdoor power equipment.
This role requires hands-on experience in both parts operations and inventory management , with the ability to organize, lead, and streamline systems for maximum accuracy and efficiency. Youll work closely with technicians, vendors, and management to ensure every part, order, and process supports the dealerships commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department and inventory control functionsManage parts ordering, receiving, labeling, and storage for all product linesMaintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and reportingSupport technicians and retail customers with accurate parts lookup and fulfillmentBuild and maintain relationships with vendors and coordinate pricing and deliveryTrack inventory trends, manage returns, and identify cost-saving opportunitiesTrain, mentor, and supervise team members to maintain consistent standards and productivityWork closely with service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availabilityQualifications / Requirements :
Experience in both Parts Department operations and Inventory Management is mandatoryBackground in Powersports, Marine, RV, Tractor, or Outdoor Equipment dealership strongly preferredAutomotive Parts experience will also be consideredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with parts catalogs, inventory software, and vendor management systemsLeadership experience or the ability to manage a small team effectivelyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and operate or learn to operate a forkliftValid drivers license and clean driving recordPlease upload your resume.
