Company Stage of Funding : Series A (Backed by Tier 1 VC)

Office Type : Hybrid (3 days / week onsite)

Salary : $160,000 - $265,000 + Equity + Bonus potential

What You Will Do

• Own the design and delivery of end-to-end product features across the full stack.
• Apply and adapt state-of-the-art AI models-including LLMs and speech models-to real-world, user-facing healthcare problems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the AI solutions are deeply integrated into products clinicians love.
• Move fast, ship frequently, and be hands-on across the stack-from backend services to frontend UI and AI integrations.
• Work in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment that values creativity, initiative, and impact.
