As a Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional presence. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and approachable, utilizing technology as needed. Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

Sat 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
