Job Opportunity : Gastroenterologist (Locums)

Location(s) : Southborough, Worcester, and Marlborough, Massachusetts

Start Date : November 1, 2025 (target; credentialing + days)

Coverage Need : Full-time coverage (1 year)

Contract Length : 12 months (open to multiple providers sharing schedule)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts

Setting : Outpatient Endoscopy

Assignment Overview

1 full-time provider needed (multiple locums may share schedule)

Average patients per day

No call responsibilities

Primary procedures : Upper endoscopy & colonoscopy

Focus on backlog reduction and volume expansion

Candidate Requirements

MD / DO Required

Board Certified in Gastroenterology Required

Completed GI Fellowship Required

Active MA medical license Required
