Home Care Field Manager

We are hiring a Home Care Field Manager to manage existing cases and meet growth goals in Westmoreland County. Sunny Days In-Home Care managers are hands-on, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and service possible. Position has a base salary with case load tier pay and growth bonus options.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned caregivers, clients, and referral sources.
• Communication skills with clients, referral sources, and caregivers daily. Convey information clearly and concisely to all parties involved.
• Recruiting and onboarding activities for new caregivers.
• Provides mentoring and development to caregivers.
• Develop new client care plans / intakes.
• Assists with billing and payroll related tasks.
• Routinely visiting clients homes in person, when their caregivers are on shift.
• Other assigned duties from Director of Operations.

Skill Requirements :

Background in customer service / sales; home healthcare industry knowledge is a plus

Proficient in MS Office 365, use of smart phone apps, with working knowledge of data entry systems

A customer-oriented attitude

Excellent communication skills

Problem-solving aptitude

Ability to work well with a team

Living in Westmoreland County is preferred

Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
