We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure that complex, high-impact projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
This position is ideal for a seasoned project management professional from the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at bringing structure, process, and clarity to cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a key partner to the engineering and product development teams, overseeing multiple projects from concept through launch. Your responsibilities will include :
Lead full lifecycle project management for new product launches, product updates, and packaging changes, from initial planning through execution and delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, marketing, product design, operations, and compliance teams.
Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating regular check-ins, maintaining clear communication channels, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and accountable.
Monitor and mitigate project risks , proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions to keep initiatives on track.
Manage detailed project schedules and budgets , ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables adhere to quality standards and business objectives.
Champion process improvement initiatives , identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions to improve project speed, accuracy, and visibility.
Establish and refine project management best practices , ensuring consistency and operational excellence across multiple workstreams.
Mentor and support team members , fostering a collaborative, high-performing project culture.
Analyze and report on key project metrics , providing insights to leadership and recommending actions for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required (STEM preferred)
7+ years of project management experience , with 3-5 years in new product development, engineering, or product launches
Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry is required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability across departments
Strong knowledge of project management tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
