Job descriptionAs a Service Advisor , you will be the key point of contact for our customers during the service process. Your role is critical in setting the tone for an outstanding dealership service experience. Coordinating the repair and maintenance of customer vehicles. Providing accurate repair estimates and communicating effectively with customers. Delivering top-notch customer service that exceeds expectations. Our top priority is ensuring each customer leaves with a positive experience, and you’ll play a vital role in making that happen! We’re searching for candidates with a winning attitude and the following qualifications : Automotive Service Experience (required). Excellent Communication Skills to engage and connect with customers. Computer Proficiency to navigate service systems efficiently. A clean driving record and commitment to safe practices.
