Job Title : Services / Support Coordinator

Location : Nashua, NH 03063

Duration : 24+ Months Contract

5 Days onsite

Pay Rate : $27 / hr. W2

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Services and Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our Test and Measurement Service Solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external customers.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for contracted customers, managing service deliverables, data accuracy, and continuous process improvements across multiple operational systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the main liaison for contracted customers, handling service requests and inquiries.
  • Manage all completed work—both contracted and per-incident—including documentation, tracking, and exception handling.
  • Maintain oversight of assets under Client control, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Guarantee high-quality deliverables, including certificates, data publication, and compliance with the Clean and Close process.
  • Review and enhance OSRP delivery processes, updating Service Delivery Guides as needed.
  • Enter, maintain, and manage data across various internal systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
  • Document processes, reports, and work instructions clearly and accurately.
  • Provide issue resolution and responsive customer communication to ensure satisfaction and contract compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in service coordination, operations, or customer support.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Hands-on experience with database tracking and management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, create reports, and drive operational improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Understanding of contract requirements and technical processes is preferred.
