Job Title : Core Java Developer w / d strong AWS Experience

Location : Dallas, TX and New York City, NY 4 Days onsite site, 1 day remote

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineers with a strong background in Java Microservices Development and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving innovation within the team. This role requires a deep understanding of Java technologies and cloud-based solutions, with a focus on microservices architecture.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based microservices applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications in AWS environments.

We are hiring for top notch financial client and client expectation is too high, so we need candidate who is coming from financial, banking and asset management organization only. Candidate should be come from some tier 1 universities (Like IIT, NIIT, BHU etc). Summary of project descriptions should be mentioned in the resume. Look for candidates who has worked for Apollo Global, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, FISEV, Bank of America and CITI, AMEX. Candidate should be comfortable for CoderPad interview. Candidate should not be more than 12 years of experience, and their fundamentals should be so clear.
