Outbound Call Specialist

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce members to program offerings

Document member interactions accurately in CRM systems

Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Prior outbound call center experience, preferably in healthcare

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 30 MBPS)

Availability to work Monday-Friday from 2 : 30 PM to 11 : 00 PM EST
