Associate Attorney, Litigation

Associate attorney position available in a boutique litigation firm handling business litigation, real estate (including landlord / tenan), family law, collection matters, as well as criminal cases.

Candidate should possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Litigation experience is not required but is a plus. Generous bonus structure is available in addition to base income.

The candidate will be challenged in a general litigation practice handling a variety of different matters. In this position, you will have the opportunity to litigate at both the state and federal level, in trial courts as well as appellate courts.
