A well-established and expanding pediatric healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist to step into a Medical Director role within a collaborative, academic-affiliated team. • Join a well-supported and collegial team of 9 hospitalists
• Medical Directorship responsibilities include 15 protected hours / month at $150 / hour
• Daytime shifts only, averaging 10-13 shifts per month
• No NICU, newborn rounding, or hem / onc responsibilities
• Optional night and teaching shifts through a university affiliation, with additional compensation Compensation :
• $300,000+ Earning Potential - $250,000 Base Salary with additional productivity bonuses, Medical Directorship stipend, and up to a $25,000 annual quality bonus
• $40,000 Recruitment Bonus - includes sign-on bonus and relocation
