Job Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Facilities and Maintenance Manager role in Chandler, AZ, will meet the following qualifications :

• Experience overseeing a multi-site property portfolio.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• EPA Air Conditioning (AC) certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
• Strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance for commercial properties.
• Working knowledge of all construction phases, as well as local building and safety codes.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Expertise with life safety systems, including wet / dry fire systems, fire pumps, and controls.
• Familiarity with building management systems and work order software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Adept in PC software (Excel, Word) and internet-based reporting systems.
• Capacity to work varied shifts, including some weekends and holidays, as needed.
