Job descriptionManage a patient load of 20-22 patients per day. Utilize Nursing Home EMR for efficient charting. Provide comprehensive care to skilled, short-term patients with 3 visits per week. Attend to 3-5 buildings as needed. Day call coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM for facilities rounded on that day.
