Must Haves
Private Bank experience only (not wirehouse or retail banking)Proven track record managing clients with $5M–$10M+ in assetsStrong investment-first mindset (not lending-focused)Demonstrated ability to grow assets and revenueExperience with client acquisition, networking, and relationship managementFor MDs : $7M+ in production; for Directors : $3M+ in productionFINRA Series 7 & 66 (or equivalent) and clean BrokerCheckStrong understanding of asset allocation, investment strategy, and portfolio constructionDay to Day

We’re seeking Private Bankers who are the “tip of the spear” in client acquisition and Investment Counselors who deepen relationships and drive asset growth. Act as the primary relationship lead for HNW / UHNW clientsIdentify and acquire new clients through networking and referralsPartner with ICs and product specialists to deliver tailored solutionsDrive new asset growth, meeting goals for AUM and revenueMaintain a deep understanding of client needs, family structures, and financial goalsServe as a trusted advisor, coordinating across lending, trust, and investment teamsInvestment Counselor
Partner with Bankers to deepen client relationshipsLead investment discussions, asset allocation, and portfolio reviewsDeliver customized investment strategies aligned with client objectivesMonitor performance, rebalance portfolios, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and tailored investment advice for UHNW clientsCollaborate with product teams and family office services for complex client needsContribute to net new asset growth and client retentionCompensation
