Job descriptionDevelop personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs. Deliver exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor. Encourage repeat business through referrals and membership promotion. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas. Follow all company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Active state license in massage therapy Liability insurance coverage Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Swedish massage (required) Experience or interest in additional modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Reiki) is a plus — training provided!
