Job Description

Performs high frequency sales contacts focused on all customer accounts at the applicable Sales Area. Responsible for daily communication transactions preparation of commercial and technical proposals for the sale of products and services in supporting all company objectives. Key function includes coordination, execution and collaboration, project management with sales team, external and internal customers while supporting overall strategic marketing initiatives

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities / Performance Measures :

Bids and Proposals

Responsible for driving the overall execution of the customer quoting of all products, and order entry processes meeting customer criteria, and valid product configuration. (Data Processing)

Communicate with sales force regarding competitive quote issues, and product and pricing strategies to ensure the proposal is completed properly and enhance project rewarding.

Research and analyses historical price data in an effort to increase sales and profitability.

Prepares revisions of the proposal drafts to ensure that the documents are compliant with most recent customer RFQ’s changes and requirements. (Detail Oriented)

Responsible for monitoring emails and contact prospective clients to ensure proposals, purchase orders, awards, and other opportunities / issues are completed on time in order to capture sales opportunities and provide outstanding customer service. (Communication / Phone Skills)

Initiate credit applications to ensure customers are properly setup as business partners in our ERP system

Complete thorough review of all incoming RFQs and orders outlining company compliance to API and ISO standards.

File and maintain records of all quotes, and orders in accordance with company policies to ensure information is readily retrievable to management.

Follow up after bid has been awarded to uncover competitive information for future bids.

Ensure all raised quality and customer complaint issues are handled through the proper quality processes and channels

Maintain an organized library of sales quotations and sales order records

Analytics :

Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. (Enjoys routine, repeated processes)

Must possess the ability to work and communicate well in team-environment with other Managers, Sales Representatives in efforts to achieve all sales objectives.

Manage Project processes and controls based on customer needs.

Multi-tasking, Energy, Organization Skills

Must possess an exceptional ability to pay attention to detail.

Must possess the ability to meet deadlines; plan, organize and coordinate

Sales Quotation

Project Creation

Sales Order Entry

Freight invoice order entry

QHSE

Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions

Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks

Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents

Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order

Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations

SPAN OF Communication

Internal : Sales, Technical, Project, Delivery, Finance, Site Service, QC, Production, Supply Chain

External : Other manufacturing units, customer, third parties

Ensure that the orders are accurately entered into ERP / CRM and correct invoicing is being issued as per client requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Associate degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or commensurate combination of education and experience.

Job requires excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to work under the pressure of multiple deadlines.

Computer skills required and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other software programs.

Exceptional aptitude and understanding of CRM and ERP systems, processes, and procedures.

Preparing RFQs and client interactions

Compensation : $65K - $72K Depending on Experience
