Requires EPA 608 Certification, Journeyman Mechanical Installer certification, and 5+ years of field experience. This role is trusted to work independently and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities :

• Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation
• Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians.
