We are seeking a highly skilled, BC / BE Hematology Oncologist to join our thriving and well-established practice in Lake Charles, LA. Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Care :Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to a diverse patient population.Diagnose and treat a range of blood disorders and cancers, offering both outpatient and infusion care.Maintain a suitable patient volume, ensuring continuity of care and high patient satisfaction.Collaboration :Work closely with a robust network of over 50 employed primary care providers and a strong community provider alignment, which serves as a referral base.Join a cohesive team with decades of experience to support your growth and success.Work Schedule :Enjoy a 4 day workweek with a 1 : 5 call schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.Practice in an outpatient facility conveniently located adjacent to infusion care, minimizing travel and maximizing efficiency.Compensation & Benefits :Competitive income potential with work RVU production incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including :Competitive vacation, holiday, CME, and sick time off with pay.CME and Dues / Membership reimbursement.Relocation assistance and student loan forgiveness for qualified candidates.Qualifications :
