Responsibilities :
Support apprentices, concrete laborers, Form carpenters, other Concrete finishers, and foreman on various projectsFollow instructions from foreman and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficientlyKeep the job site clean and well-organizedHandle the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipmentEnsure attention to detail and follow safety standardsFuel and wash department vehiclesRequirements :
Carpentry skills - Construct wooden formsPlacing and raking concreteInstalling wire mesh and rebarExperience using laser levelsConcrete Finishing Broom, Bull Float, Straight edge, Hand trowel1-2 years concrete experience in commercial or industrial settingAbility to work effectively with all personality typesAbility to understand and carry out verbal and written instructionsSelf-directed and can work independentlyValid driver's licensePreferred Requirements :

Must be able to ascend / descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and / or operate scissor / boom lifts while working at height.Work in permit & non-permit required confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment Utilize and understand the constraints of chains, synthetic, metal mesh, and wire rope slings.Use & recognize rigging hardware including hooks, shackles, wire rope clips, clamps, eye bolts, softeners and tag linesIdentifies common load configurations & positioningRigger 1 training trains on abovePhysical Requirements :
