Tax Senior Senior Tax Accountant
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tax compliance and advisory services for individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and fiduciary clients. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic tax planning to optimize clients' tax positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies for clients based on their unique circumstances.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the firm to ensure a holistic approach to client service and tax planning.
- Mentor and train junior staff members, providing guidance on tax-related matters and professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.Tax Senior experience is required; CPA certification is a plus.Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and fiduciary tax matters is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Benefits
