Job Summary :
The Backoffice Executive is responsible for accurate and timely data entry and processing using various computer systems. This role involves data verification, report generation, and participation in task-oriented groups to address and resolve potential issues. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong computer skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :
- Enter program document data from various source documents into a computer system.
- Enter appropriate data into computer programs.
- Assist in Waiver-to-Waiver transfers, Nursing Home transition cases, and Special Cases for Consumers turning 21 years of age.
- Meet production goals for daily assigned cases.
- Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues.
- Perform database queries to assist with analysis and report issues when appropriate and necessary.
- Interpret, select, or code items to be entered from a variety of document sources.
- Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Undertake special projects and provide periodic information to management.
- Perform audits of own work and / or that of others.
- Participate in task-oriented groups and provide information to address and resolve potential issues.
- Provide support to various project stake holders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by executive management.
Required Skills & Certifications :
High school diploma (or GED Equivalence).Intermediate to advanced skill level in use of personal computers and related software applications such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.Ability to use 10-key by touch with a high level of accuracy.Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
Associate degree.At least one (1) year of related experience.Special Considerations :
