Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults with endocrine disorders including diabetes Patient Volume / Census : To be built collaboratively; Diabetes Clinic support in place Case Mix : Endocrine disorders with a focus on diabetes care EMR System : Not specified Specialty Backup : Yes collaboration with APRN and RN Diabetes Educator Support Staff Available : Full clinic support team, including clinical educators and nursing Hospital Privileges Required : No (100% outpatient) Credentialing Timeline : TBD Salary : Competitive base salary plus production bonus opportunity Bonuses : Commencement bonus Relocation : Assistance provided Loan Repayment : Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Insurance : - Professional Liability Insurance - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan : Included Continuing Medical Education (CME) : Allowance included Additional Perks : New specialty service line, supportive infrastructure REQUIRED PROCEDURES Outpatient management of endocrine disorders Diabetes management and education collaboration with clinical team Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Endocrinology Experience : Preferred but not required for qualified candidates Other Qualifications : - Strong interest in building a new specialty service line - Excellent communication and collaborative skills Establish and grow a new endocrinology practice at Baxter Health Collaborate with a well-established Diabetes Clinic and clinical educators Provide outpatient care for a broad range of endocrine conditions Contribute to patien
