Hospital at Home Physician

At Lakeland Regional Health, we foster an environment of collaboration, teamwork, and respect. *We are currently looking to expand our Hospital At Home team.* *This is an in - person role, not remote.* Highlights include: * Collaboration with over 20 Hospitalists * 7 on/7 off 12 hour shifts working alongside APPs (full time will be defined as 182 shifts per year * Screening potential patients for the program from the emergency room and med- surgical floors * Perform daily multidisciplinary huddles to review patient plan of care * Serve as the primary responding clinician and caregiver for patients admitted to the LRH HAH service along with the APP's * Will provide supervisory services to APPs working within the HAH program * Daily virtual patient visits with occasional home visits * Closely collaborate with the LRH HAH nursing caregivers to facilitate inpatient level care in the home * Vehicle Provided, HaH vehicle will be used * Patients are located within 30 minutes of our Medical Center * Work-Life Balance is strongly emphasized in our culture * No State Income Tax LRH offers comprehensive benefits including 403B, Medical Insurance, Paid Time Off, CME Allowance, CME Days, and Malpractice Insurance with Tail Coverage. *COMMUNITY:* Lakeland is a vibrant community conveniently located between Tampa and Orlando and was ranked 1 in [Business Insider's](https://www.businessinsider.com/where-to-buy-a-house-2019-1) "Top 10 Cities to Buy a House".
