About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 2 years required

License : Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Certifications : BLS and ACLS certifications required

Must-Have :

• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Description :

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.

Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and families.

Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.

Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Cerner experience is required.

One week of requested time off is permitted.

Winter holiday availability is required.
