Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting? We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician ready to grow with a company that values initiative, expertise, and teamwork.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges, and being part of a team that keeps operations running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair mechanical systems including cams, drives, belts, and sheaves.
  • Perform both proactive and reactive maintenance on electrical systems (up to 480 volts) — training provided .Troubleshoot PLCs and resolve mechanical / electrical issues to reduce downtime — training provided .
  • Monitor production lines and anticipate maintenance needs before breakdowns occur.
  • Document repairs, performance, and downtime using SAP work requests.

Skill Recommendations

  • Prior experience or trade school education in industrial maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting — training available .
  • Welding or machining / fabrication skills are a plus, but not required.
