Management Analyst
You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Information Technology and Cyber Security (IT&CS) Department of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities include using quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of processes and requirements for the department. You will be responsible for providing managers with objective information for making decisions on the manpower and programmatic aspects of management and operations. You will perform a wide variety of assignments necessary to plan, design, develop, acquire, document, test, implement, integrate, maintain, or modify Information Technology (IT) systems. You will be applying analytical methods and techniques to conduct studies or reviews for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements include conditions of employment and qualifications. GS-11 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : developing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative workload data to assess organizational structure, methods, and / or personnel utilization; recommends and implements targeted adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity. GS-09 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : conducting studies, analyzing quantitative and qualitative workload data used to populate and maintain tracking systems, developing metrics, and / or recommending adjustments to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Education for the GS-11 may be substituted for specialized experience as follows : Successfully completed a PH.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a PH.D. or equivalent degree. OR Successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
