Job Overview :

The Contents Restoration Technician plays a critical role in helping clients recover from disasters by providing expert contents cleaning and restoration services. Reporting to the General Manager, this position focuses on restoring personal and commercial contents with skill, efficiency, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Restore damaged items to pre-loss condition through proper cleaning techniques.

Communicate effectively with property owners, explaining processes and addressing concerns.

Participate in warehouse cleaning and organization processes.

Assist with furniture moving and heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs).

Qualifications :

Prior experience in contents restoration is strongly preferred.

IICRC certification is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with industry-related software, including Encircle, is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Capability to lift and move items up to 75 pounds.

Able to solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret various instructions effectively.
