Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
- Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications :
Two or more years of management experience in a polished casual restaurant environment.Familiarity with high volume sales in excess of $4 million annuallyMinimum of two years each at previous two places of employmentPassion and can-do mindsetRestaurant Manager Benefits
A base salary of $65 to $68K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas80% of employee medical and 100% of dental and vision paid for by the company401K with a company match and Short Team and Long Term Disability options
