Residency Program Overview

Mercy’s Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive, year-long experience designed to support new graduate nurses as they transition into professional practice. The program includes :

• 12 structured classes
• Didactic lectures & online modules
• Simulated learning experiences
• Presentations & National Patient Safety Goals
• Hands-on training with bedside caregivers and nursing leadership
