This position will be responsible for processing all releases and assignments to ensure they are recordable with the County. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that legal descriptions, conformed copies, coversheets, and copies of the mortgage / DOT are attached as needed. As well as ensuring checks are cut and married to the documents to be sent to the county.

Essential Functions

  • Review documents to ensure they are fully executed and meet all recording requirements.
  • Verify the presence of any concurrent loans.
  • Run Discovery Reports to confirm whether additional processing is required.
  • Prepare and attach cover sheets in accordance with specific county requirements.
  • Create clones in Oracle for Powers of Attorney (POA) and update page counts as needed.
  • Ensure checks are prepared and matched with corresponding documents prior to submission to the county.
  • Meet established KPI metrics, including task completion targets and acceptable error rates.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience

  • No previous experience required.
  • Compensation

  • Covius offers an extensive benefits package for all employees, including medical, dental, vision and 401k
  • Compensation : $15.00 / Hourly

  • Working Conditions

    Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as business needs require.

    Physical Demands and Activities

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; occasionally position self to maintain files; occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.

    NTC Non-Exempt Operations Position

    The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.

    The willingness of personnel to assist in or move to other areas within NTC, when needed, is an important factor for the company to meet the needs of our clients. NTC strives to communicate in advance any change in job duties, roles, expectations, etc., however advance notice may not always be possible.
