General Laborer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for supporting various aspects of the production process, including material handling, machine operation assistance, assembly, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with production line operations and machine setup.
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment under supervision.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight] lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
