About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the charge in redefining go-to-market strategies for the agentic era. This role is not for the faint of heart; it demands a pioneer who can architect an army of voices to communicate the company's narratives across diverse audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the top of the funnel pipeline and increasing user adoption in key accounts through AI-driven marketing strategies. This includes creating and executing hyper-personalized campaigns, spinning up thought leadership content, and multiplying team impact by recruiting and mentoring AI-savvy marketers. The VP of Marketing will also be expected to focus on metrics, implement closed-loop analytics, and work closely with the product team to ensure product and launch excellence.
To be a fit for this role, candidates must have a BS / BA in a relevant field, with an MBA or technical graduate degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience leading marketing in high-growth tech, particularly with a deep understanding of B2G and B2B. Fluency in AI concepts is essential, as is a proven track record of meeting and exceeding organizational goals. The role requires a leader with a relentless curiosity, crisp storytelling, and the nerve to innovate. The ideal candidate will have a history of building high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and be adept at making technical narratives resonate with both military operators and enterprise executives. US Citizenship or a Greencard is mandatory due to government contract requirements.
