We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead our efforts in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our software systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software engineering, a deep understanding of reliability principles, and proven leadership skills to drive excellence in our SRE practices.

Outcomes and Activities :

• Leadership and Team Management :

Lead and manage a team of highly skilled SREs, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

Define and Drive a Reliability Engineering roadmap balanced across Observability, Runtime automated protections and software engineering standards to ensure Production readiness for applications.

Drive the automation of operational tasks to streamline processes and enhance system scalability.

Oversee the design and implementation of effective monitoring and alerting systems.

Work closely with infrastructure and capacity planning teams to anticipate and address resource constraints.

Collaborate with development, QA, and product management teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into the software development process.

Target Compensation : A competitive base salary range from $153,247 - $224,763 .This position is eligible for an annual variable bonus of cash and equity, between 15-30%.Final compensation within the range is influenced by many factors including role-specific skills, depth and experience level, industry background, relevant education and certifications.

Candidates who reside in the following major metropolitan areas may be eligible for a premium on top of the posted range based on their specific zone : San Francisco, Seattle, Boston, New York City, Los Angeles and San Diego.
