About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Sales Engineer to join our team requiring a solid technical background, particularly in AIOps products and solutions. The Sales Engineer will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, bridging the gap between technology and business value, and ensuring successful solution positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored AIOps demos.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical features into clear business benefits to support sales conversations.
- Provide technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security / compliance questionnaires.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and influence product roadmaps.
- Support proof-of-concepts (POCs), solution design workshops, and pilot implementations.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AIOps, monitoring, observability, and IT operations.
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong technical knowledge in IT operations, monitoring tools, and AIOps platforms.Hands-on experience with infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), and automation tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.Previous experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consultant role is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
