The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and effective management of the clinical support team. This role requires a blend of leadership, organizational, and clinical expertise to maintain efficient workflows, support staff development, and achieve organizational goals.
Essential Functions :
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff, including Medical Assistants, Front Desk Associates and Call Center Representatives across 4 practice locations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address staff concerns.
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinical team members.
- Ensure all clinical operations prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
- Monitor the quality of care and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports as required.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative staff, and leadership.
- Address patient concerns, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
- Manage staff call-offs by coordinating coverage solutions, including addressing planned PTO and filling position vacancies to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements :
Education, Skills, and Experience :
5 years of experience in n ambulatory medical practice, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Dermatology experience preferred.Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Experience in ModMed highly preferred.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Must be able to travel to different locations daily and at the last minute
