Description :

The unit accommodates 24 beds with the capability of taking 8 step down patients.

Rooms are large and equipped with private bathrooms and showers.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is 7 : 1 during night shifts.

Responsibilities include pushing, pulling, and lifting as part of patient care.

Nurses will be required to administer medications and conduct assessments.

Effective communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
