Pay Rate : Hourly base pay starting at $14 / hr + uncapped commissions, paid weekly. (On-Target Commission Earnings, 48K-57K yearly)

Do you thrive in a people focused environment? We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our in-store team and help deliver exceptional service, high-impact product presentations, and most importantly— close sales

Responsibilities :

• Greet and engage customers with confidence and professionalism.
• Sales Support

Assist customers in a variety of ways, from service inquiries to finalizing sales, all while providing top-notch service.

Drive sales and maintain your personal weekly goals.

Work closely with your team of sales professionals and management to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications :

You love interacting with customers and have a passion for helping people.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we're willing to train you with no experience.

90% of this role involves communicating, it is important that you are able to effectively build relationships with customers and guide them through decision making, if needed.

You bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.
