Nurses must have recent ED experience with pediatric exposure and be confident in emergency interventions and rapid patient turnover. Block scheduling is not guaranteed. Charge nurse experience is highly preferred , and floating to other areas within the department or hospital is required. Navy blue scrubs are mandatory.
