Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Rate : $40–$65 / hr. ($83,200–$135,200 / year)
• On-Call Compensation : $150 for scheduled on-call duties
• Paid Time Off : 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)
• Paid Holidays : 7 per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
• 401(k) Match : 5% employer match

Note : This role is primarily remote but may require travel to client sites for training, meetings, or in-person events. Overtime and adherence to safety and compliance standards are expected.
