What You’ll Do - Receive orders and set up routings / work orders in the ERP system (E2, transitioning to Epicor)

Identify required machines and estimate run times

Coordinate with quality and production for job order release

Support process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) preferred

Background in manufacturing process development or process engineering

Strong GD&T knowledge and Lean Manufacturing experience

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
