Shifts Available : 1st, 2nd (10% Shift Premium), 3rd (6% Shift Premium), Rotating 12-Hour Days, Rotating 12-Hour Nights (10% Shift Premium)

Summary :

As a Technical Operator I, you will be operating the assigned process / equipment in accordance with the work instructions. You will help support production volumes and quality under the production plan while using equipment and computerized systems to produce, assemble, evaluate, process and package lithium-ion batteries in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare equipment and materials for production
• Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, in-putting materials, and monitoring defects / loss for continuous operation
• Conduct self-inspection of the product and check the quality
• Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System)
• Track all non-conformations and scraps
• Compliance with health / safety / environmental / fire regulations
• Perform 5s audits, maintain production logs, quality checks and maintenance work logs
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards :
