Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients by handling inbound calls and addressing inquiries
Maintain a private work area free from distractions during work hours
Utilize knowledge of healthcare terminology and HIPAA regulations to assist clients effectively
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Must reside in West Virginia
Access to high-speed internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Familiarity with CPT and ICD10 terminology
