Key Responsibilities

• Advise start-ups and emerging growth companies on seed and venture capital financings.
• Manage venture financing rounds using NVCA documentation and guide clients through public offerings.
• Represent clients in domestic mergers and acquisitions for start-up companies and investors.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, equity structures, and investor relations.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships while collaborating across multiple practice groups.
