Florida Licensed Property Damage Attorney

A company is looking for a Property Damage and Subrogation Attorney with Florida experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and litigate property damage claims, including subrogation and bad faith litigation

Represent the company in all phases of litigation and provide expert legal advice to internal teams

Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property damage claims or insurance litigation

In-depth knowledge of Florida insurance law and property damage statutes

Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
