Job Description
Title : CNC Programmer / Operator / Set-up
Location : Middletown, DE
Schedule : 40 hours per week | In-person
About the Role :
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer / Operator / Set-up. The ideal candidate will handle programming, set-up, operation, and training of team members. This is a hands-on position requiring strong CNC programming experience, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program, set up, and operate CNC (Fanuc, G-code, Mastercam, FeatureCam, SolidWorks).
- Train and guide machine operators and set-up personnel.
- Read blueprints and apply GD&T for precision machining.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Maintain machines and ensure production quality and safety.
- Work with engineering to solve machining issues and improve efficiency.
