We are looking for a skilled Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee and coordinate the audit process for our organization. This long-term contract position is based in Westborough, Massachusetts, and offers an opportunity to play a key role in maintaining financial compliance and streamlining audit procedures. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in audit activities and a strong ability to manage schedules and documentation effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization's audit processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data and reports for auditing purposes.

• Monitor audit schedules and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed as planned.
• Communicate effectively with external auditors to facilitate a smooth and efficient audit process.
• Provide updates and reports to senior management on the progress and outcomes of audits.
• Address and resolve any audit-related issues or discrepancies as they arise.
• Stay informed of changes in audit regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
• Proven experience in audit management or a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of audit activities, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in preparing and managing audit schedules and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with internal teams and external auditors.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
