As a Packer, you will be responsible for assembling kits for shipment, building boxes, packaging materials, and verifying shipments. You must be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed, including standing and working for up to 12 hours, occasionally on weekends.

Responsibilities :

• Assemble and prepare kits for shipment.
• Build boxes and package materials as required.
• Verify shipments and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in pick, pack, and ship operations.
• Work with cash registers and handle heavy lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain organization within the light labor department, including packing and sorting.
• Participate in shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling tasks.

Work Environment :

Work in an extremely clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing site with the potential to expand into a 3 million square foot campus. No certifications or personal protective equipment are required. The current schedule is from 7am to 3 : 30pm, with potential shifts from 6am to 6pm.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $15.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
