In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities :

Patient Evaluation and Care

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases across all age groups.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that promote health and wellness and manage chronic conditions.

Preventive Care and Health Education

Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures, including vaccinations, screenings, and lifestyle modifications.

Chronic Disease Management

Manage and monitor chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease, with an emphasis on proactive care.

Collaboration and Teamwork

Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
